Acclamator Refit Stage 1 - Reskin

I'm refitting the stock Acclamator starting with the skin. i added republic details as they appear in the pic on the right. They will serve as a long-ranged medium cruiser that will match the Defender-class in terms of firepower but have alot stronger shields and armor.
